Swiss SMEs Provide More Than 3.2 Million Jobs

On 5 November, the Federal Statistical Office published its latest portrait of Swiss SMEs, reporting that small and medium-sized enterprises provide more than 3.2 million jobs. Workforce growth among SMEs in 2024 was approximately half the rate recorded by large companies. The findings create demand for business benchmarking, employment analysis and sector research.
