IMSS Confirms 8% Salary Increase for More Than 500,000 Active Employees

On 3 November, IMSS confirmed an 8% salary increase for 504,276 active employees, alongside an increase for 367,347 retired workers and pensioners from 1 November. The institution also presented workforce and service-improvement measures. The announcement creates opportunities in HR planning, compensation benchmarking and employee development.
